Background Information
On December 28, 2015 Adobe released version 20.0.0.267 of their Flash Player application. Flash Player is required for the desktop version of Flight Time TV to run. This new version of Flash Player prevents the Flight Time TV information from loading properly.
Below are instructions on how to uninstall the latest version of Flash Player, and install a previous version.
Uninstall Flash Player
Uninstall for Windows 7, Vista and XP

Download the Flash Player Uninstaller
Exit all browsers and programs that use Flash
These programs include but are not limited to Internet Explorer and Flight Time TV
Run the Uninstaller
Click Yes on any dialog boxes

Uninstall for Windows 8, 8.1 and 10

Open the "Uninstall a Program" or "Change or remove a program"
Select Flash Player from the list of installed programs
Click "Uninstall" at the tope of the list
Click "Yes" on any dialogs that appear.
Install the previous version of Flash Player
Download the previous version of Flash Player
Once the download has completed, run the installer
Follow the instructions on the installer
One screen of the installer will ask about automatic updates. Select "Do Not Automatically Install Updates"
Click "Finish" to complete the installation
Run Flight Time TV to verify correct operation
Click the Flight Time TV icon that should be on the desktop. The flight data should load properly at this point.
